About the tool

A guide and a film creating by Eating Better, an alliance of over 60 civil society organizations, including WWF, working on sustainable food and farming. The guide aims to support local authorities to source and serve healthier, more sustainable meals. With a focus on the role of meat and dairy, the guide provides an overview of the key principles underpinning policy to promote sustainable healthy diets and show how simple changes to menus can have a big impact on health and sustainability outcomes.
