About the tool
The sustainable restaurant initiative is not a network or an award, but a commmittment to process. Restaurants who join develop their competence on sustainability systematically through workshops, a personal sustainability student coach, and regular meetings with other restaurants. A consultant coordinator organized the program and is funded through membership fees.
